The Union Bank Save and Win Palli Promo was launched to promote a savings culture towards helping customers achieve their financial objectives, advance financial inclusion, and empower customers. As the Communications Partner, Caritas Communications Limited, supported the bank in amplifying the visibility and credibility of the promo through integrated media engagements from Season 1 – 4 of the campaign.

OUR ACTIVATION

Across the 4 Seasons, Caritas executed a comprehensive communications and media support plan that included:

– Drafting, pitching, and securing publication of approved press releases in top-tier print and online platforms, with scanned copies and links promptly shared with the client

– Sharing approved blog posts announcing promo launches, monthly draws, and winner updates with selected online media outlets. Published links were monitored and shared for as part of client’s documentation obligations

– Distributing approved photos of grand prize winners to major national dailies (The Sun, Punch, BusinessDay, Leadership, and The Guardian) for nationwide visibility

– Coordinating live broadcasts of the grand finale sessions, ensuring seamless logistics, and delivering off-air recordings for the client’s documentation

– Tracking, collating, and analysing media reportage across print, online, and broadcast channels throughout the campaign seasons
