Head, Client Services & Business Development
Rosemary is the Head of the Client Services Team at Caritas. She coordinates the workflow and enforces organizational processes; policy and procedures, aimed at ensuring clients’ expectations are met and surpassed. She also works on various accounts such as MainOne, Honeywell Group, Schneider Electric and manages Project Candid for Oil & Gas giant, ExxonMobil amongst others.
Rosemary has over 10 years’ experience spanning Marketing Communications, Human Resources, Advertising, Media and Public Relations. Before joining Caritas in 2014, Rosemary was a Project Coordinator at SENCE Limited, handling both private and government projects and relations. She also worked at Blu Seal Communications and Zacchi & Krome Limited respectively as a Client Service and Marketing Executive.
Rosemary holds an MSc in Media and Communication from the Pan-Atlantic University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State. She also has various professional Diplomas in Integrated Marketing Communication (The Certified Marketing Communications Institute of Nigeria); Information Technology (University of Lagos) and Public Relations from the Business Education Examination Council, BEEC). She is also an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations and currently serves as a member of the electoral committee, Public Relations Consultants Association of Nigeria (PRCAN).
